Concession Attendant – CPKC Women's Open 2026 in Edmonton (Temporary Position)

Great Events Catering, a Calgary-based catering and hospitality company, is hiring Concession Attendants for the CPKC Women's Open 2026 in Edmonton.

This is a temporary position for tournament week and is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals looking to earn extra income while working at one of Canada's premier sporting events.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and non-alcoholic/alcoholic beverages to guests (where applicable)
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions
• Prepare and restock food, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe concession area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all food safety, cash handling, and event procedures
• Work collaboratively with the concession team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, food service, or hospitality experience is an asset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Alberta ProServe certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain before the event if serving alcohol)
