•    Negotiate project scope, timelines, and costs with internal teams and external vendors
•    Own revenue forecasting and reporting, providing accurate quarterly updates to senior leadership
•    Manage end-to-end project execution (T&M and fixed fee), including planning, resource forecasting, risk/issues, and delivery tracking
•    Support business development through RFP responses, opportunity tracking, and cross-functional alignment
•    Engage with C-level stakeholders across commercial and public sector clients (government, education, federal)
•    Drive process improvements and lead/mentor teams to enhance delivery and operational efficiency

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
•    10+ years of IM/IT experience with a degree/diploma or equivalent; 7+ years working with enterprise IT systems

•    Expertise in large-scale ECM implementations and mapping business needs to solutions (e.g., OpenText)
•    Demonstrated success managing and closing engagements ($1M+ annually preferred)
•    Background in major consulting firms and experience with enterprise clients (Ontario region preferred).
•    Strong executive presence, communication skills, and professionalism
•    High ownership mindset with a commitment to meeting client needs
