The Opportunity

As the Chapter Lead for LLM and Agentic AI, you will play a pivotal role in steering the technical and strategic direction of AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain top-tier AI talent, building a world-class team of engineers and researchers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the strategic and technical vision for LLM and agentic AI initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models and agentic AI solutions that drive business value and innovation.
• Mentor and guide the team on AI best practices, emerging technologies, and capacity planning to ensure continuous growth and skill development.
• Oversee team performance, set clear goals, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high achievement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, particularly in generative AI, natural language processing, and autonomous systems, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
• Champion Agile methodologies and project management practices to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI projects.

What You Bring

• A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience as a Chapter Lead, Team Lead, AI Lead, or similar role, with a track record of managing high-performing AI teams.
• Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and agentic AI systems.
• Strong background in machine learning, information retrieval, and language processing, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
• Proficiency in AI project management, Agile methodologies, and capacity planning to drive efficient and effective team performance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and a drive to solve challenging problems in AI, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern AI development tools and frameworks.
