Brand Ambassadors – VW Track Event Activation (Calgary Area)
📍 Calgary - Carstairs, AB
📅 Event Dates: July 30 – August 1, 2025

Training Friday July 25th at 1pm

We’re hiring 3 energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors to support a large-scale track event near Calgary. This event is fast-paced and exciting, and we’re looking for individuals who thrive in active environments and are confident engaging with the public.

Event Schedule:

• Set-Up: Wednesday, July 30 (Afternoon/Evening)

• Event Days: Thursday, July 31 & Friday, August 1

• Approx. shift times: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (subject to change depending on event and teardown needs)

Location:
📍 30145 Range Rd 10A, Carstairs, AB T0M 0N0

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and accurate key messaging to event attendees

• Distribute samples and promotional materials

• Assist with event set-up and teardown

• Maintain a clean, organized, and branded event presence

• Create a memorable and positive brand experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in brand ambassador or promotional roles is an asset

• Comfortable with long hours and outdoor work

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must be punctual, reliable, and upbeat
