We’re looking for a strong, organized, and energetic Team Lead to oversee our Vancouver-based guerilla sampling campaign for Batiste Dry Shampoo this summer. You’ll be managing a team of 5 Brand Ambassadors and ensuring seamless execution of each activation—while also driving a branded panel van to and from event locations.

This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone with prior team management and promotional experience who is confident leading a team in the field.

Role Responsibilities:

• Transport samples and event materials using a branded van (provided)

• Lead setup and takedown of each activation location

• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors

• Ensure proper product distribution and accurate brand messaging

• Act as the main point of contact between the onsite team and event manager

• Maintain inventory tracking, recap notes, and basic shift reporting

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve any on-site issues

• Represent the Batiste brand with professionalism and energy

Requirements:

• Must be 25+ with a valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record

• Comfortable driving a branded van in city traffic

• Previous Team Lead or promotional/event experience is required

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Reliable, proactive, and confident working in fast-paced outdoor environments

• Must attend mandatory in-person training the week of July 9 (date TBD)
