Auto Electric Service is looking for a skilled Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and accurate diagnostics.

Our technicians play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our customers’ vehicles. We operate a professional shop environment where technicians are respected, supported, and given opportunities to grow their technical skills.

Our team works on a wide range of vehicles including but not limited to:

  • Domestic and import vehicles
  • Light trucks
  • Fleet and commercial vehicles

As an Automotive Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical vehicle issues using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Performing scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid services, and inspections
  • Repairing brake systems, steering and suspension components
  • Servicing drive-train systems and engine components
  • Performing tire services including rotations, repairs, and replacements
  • Repairing electrical and electronic vehicle systems
  • Performing air conditioning inspections and repairs
  • Conducting Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and documenting vehicle condition
  • Communicating repair findings clearly with the service consultant team
  • Performing road tests to verify repairs

Requirements

We are looking for technicians who demonstrate strong technical ability and professionalism.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Automotive Service Technician certification (Journeyperson preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Experience using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently in a busy shop environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift parts and equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
  • Comfortable working with tools and shop equipment
