A fun, sociable award winning media agency near in Central London near Soho.
Overall responsibility of the Assistant Management Accountant:
The Assistant Management accountant supports the Financial Accountant to ensure that financial transactions are processed accurately, and management accounts are produced on a timely basis. The Assistant Management accountant works in close collaboration with their immediate team and colleagues across the agency in order to manage the smooth day to day running of staff expenses and timesheet reporting. The role also supports the smooth and seamless running of management accounts and cash management.
This Assistant Management Accountant role will suit someone who has:
- Solid knowledge of accruals and prepayments
- Strong excel skills- knows how to work with V-look ups & Pivot tables
- Experience of working with MediaOcean/DDS finance systems- Desireable
- Working towards an accountancy qualification
- Self motivation to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- Organised and able to work independently to achieve timetables
- Great people skills
