Typologie de la recherche juridique. Différentes étapes d’un projet de recherche en droit : revue de littérature, définition du sujet, problématique, stratégie de recherche, plan de travail et plan de rédaction, rédaction. Approfondissement des méthodes de recherche documentaire en droit et sur le droit. Règles de présentation des textes juridiques (y compris des notes infrapaginales et de la bibliographie). Le plagiat et l’intégrité intellectuelle dans les travaux de recherche en droit. Rédaction d’un travail de recherche d’environ trente pages (travail d’équipe) sur une thématique liée au droit. Présentation orale du travail de recherche.

Requirements:

La Faculté de droit, Section de droit civil cherche à recruter des professeur.es à temps partiel qui se distinguent par leur expertise et qui jouent un rôle de premier plan dans la profession juridique. Pour enseigner ce cours, le ou la candidat.e doit :
-    Détenir une maîtrise ou un doctorat en droit;
-    Avoir une expérience extensive et démontrée en méthodologie de la recherche (dissertation juridique);
-    Avoir une expérience significative et pertinente dans le domaine concerné par la thématique du cours et/ou détenir un diplôme d’études supérieures dans ce domaine et/ou avoir contribué à la recherche par des publications académiques démontrant une expertise reconnue dans ce domaine;
-    Le fait d’avoir une expérience d’enseignement universitaire dans une faculté de droit est un atout.
