We are looking for an entry level Account Manager to join our growing team!

As an Account Manager, you will succeed through listening, collaborating, and delivering exceptional experiences both as an individual and as a team. 

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Build client relationships with compelling communication that builds brand awareness and preference for Heritage within targeted audience groups
  • Assess your customers’ needs and understand their vision so you provide solutions that ultimately create a great workplace for their employees
  • Ensure your customers have awareness of breadth of Heritage capabilities, services and skillsets
  • Engage with our New Business Development lead to drive our brand and awareness to the market place
  • Define and meet monthly sales forecast and complete all sales objectives set out by our sales leadership

Our Account Manager plays an integral role in the delivery of our organization’s mission by, “creating inspiring spaces where our clients live their values and achieve their objectives.” 

Your qualifications may include:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
  • Background experience in customer service or administration is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience meeting deadlines
  • Positive team attitude
  • Strong work ethic and an ability to have fun on the job
