Help define the next generation of product development at LPL Financial. In this enterprise leadership role, you will turn the promise of AI agents into practical, governed ways of working that help product teams move from customer insight to validated outcomes faster. You will shape the strategy, prove it through real initiatives, and scale the capabilities and operating practices that allow people and agents to work together with clarity and accountability.

Job Overview

As Vice President II, Product Management, Agentic Product Development, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of agentic capabilities across the product development lifecycle. Partnering with product, design, engineering, business, and control teams, you will redesign workflows so agents can complete connected tasks, evaluate their work, and bring decisions to the right people. You will ground development in real product initiatives, prove an end-to-end approach, and establish repeatable practices that help teams test ideas, deliver useful changes, and learn from customers faster with less rework and clear decision accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign cross-functional workflows by removing unnecessary steps and defining where agents may act independently, collaborate with people, or require human approval.
  • Lead the development and integration of capabilities that connect customer evidence, product requirements, designs, code, tests, and production feedback.
  • Partner with teams on real product initiatives to test complete workflows, resolve failures, and establish scalable approaches other teams can adopt.
  • Evaluate internal and third-party capabilities and make build-versus-buy recommendations based on effectiveness, integration requirements, security, and cost.
  • Establish evaluation, permission, and review requirements with engineering and control partners so agent actions are testable, traceable, and recoverable.
  • Lead product managers and accelerate adoption through practical training, team feedback, and changes to day-to-day working practices.
  • Measure time from idea to validated learning and release, along with quality, review effort, rework, adoption, and cost.
