About the Team
The TikTok HR team drives people strategy, organizational design, and long-term capability within the business lines we support, and we play a critical role in shaping employee experience and fostering a high-performance, inclusive HR culture. As part of this mission, we’re looking for a skilled Sourcer to support talent needs across our non-tech functions. You will support business and recruiting leaders on key hiring initiatives and efforts across a variety of critical programs.

Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for high-impact roles roles across global markets.
- Proactively source passive and active candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, forums, social platforms, professional networks, and niche communities) with a focus on quality and speed.
- Build and maintain robust, diverse talent pipelines for current and future openings.
- Conduct outreach, pre-screening conversations, and candidate interviews to assess candidate fit, specialized skills, and interest.
- Conduct market and organizational mapping to provide insights into the org structures of target companies, identify key talents, and produce actionable mapping reports.
- Deliver market intelligence and sourcing insights (e.g., talent maps, competitor analysis) to help inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other sourcing tools.
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and act as an employer branding champion to cultivate interest in TikTok's culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition, within an agency or in-house environment.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other professional platforms to conduct solid mapping practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing or recruiting for non-technical roles, ideally in a high-growth or tech environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across global time zones.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and partner effectively at all levels.
- Comfort working in global, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes quickly.

This is a temporary position. You will not be an employee of TikTok. You will be an employee of a third-party agency. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30 - $50.
Placement in the range depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. Your benefits, if any, will be provided by your contracting vendor/agency.
