We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Customer Onboarding and Customer Master Data Management (MDM). This role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing customer onboarding processes, customer master data, data quality, and business processes across Oracle ERP and enterprise MDM platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle customer master data, customer creation and maintenance processes, customer onboarding workflows, data governance, and MDM concepts. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Product owners, Process Owners, solution architects, developers, and project teams to deliver reliable and scalable customer data solutions.
