Senior Product Manager, Core Labs, Marketing Agents/AI

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

Core Labs is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AI for Marketing, building 0-to-1 capabilities. In this role, you will set the direction for how generative AI rebuilds marketing operations from early concept creation to final campaign delivery.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Build 0-to-1 solutions and identify new areas of investment to reimagine marketing, from early concept creation to final campaign delivery.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy and roadmap for generative AI in marketing and content generation.
• Prototype with AI tools to advance media generation, campaign context systems, and marketing workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI/ML).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience building agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience working within the marketing domain, such as growth or ad tech infrastructure.
  
• Experience with media generation technologies, including image or video generation.
