The Position 

We are searching for a Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The Senior HR Generalist reports to the Director of People Operations and serves as a strategic partner to organizational leaders by providing guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, leave administration, compliance, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and workforce support while ensuring legal compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills and Knowledge 

  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, conditional formatting, charts, data analysis). 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 

  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. 

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Maintains strict confidentiality. 

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to build productive relationships. 

  • Initiative and commitment to continuous improvement. 

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. 

Essential Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience. 

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws. 

  • Experience with employee relations, investigations, compensation, benefits, and leave administration. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. 

  • Experience with HRIS configuration and development 

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred. 

Compensation and Benefits 

  • Starting salary of $70,000 

  • 18 days of PTO annually (tiered increases based on tenure)
