About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team in our Atlanta, GA office. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including virtual and in-person interviews across multiple offices and project locations.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and proactive follow-up.
- Assist candidates with application, interview, and onboarding questions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Monitor recruiting workflow compliance and ensure recruiting activities are properly completed.
- Assist with career fairs, college recruiting events, and other recruiting events as needed.
- Help maintain recruiting marketing materials and collateral.
- Assist with pre-employment compliance requirements, drug screens, background checks,
- Leverage recruiting technologies, AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
Required:
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- Up to two years of high‑volume recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Preferred:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Team‑oriented, proactive mindset with strong follow‑through.
- Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
