Job Description:

As part of the Mortgage Solutions group, this Technical Product Manager will serve as the critical nexus between top-tier financial institutions and Cotality's core engineering teams. You will directly drive the execution and modernization of standalone Collateral Management System (CMS) platforms, ensuring seamless delivery of high-priority client enhancement requests and complex platform updates. By leading cross-functional delivery pods through weekly sprints and monthly deployment cycles, you will play a pivotal role in keeping flagship clients satisfied while navigating major industry initiatives.

  • Product Backlog & Feature Definition: Define and prioritize product features through user story writing, backlog management, and client enhancement request tracking.

  • Technical & Business Translation: Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa to facilitate effective communication between external clients, internal business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

  • Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned standalone platforms, managing client relationships (e.g., Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Chase) and guiding execution with internal delivery and product leadership.

  • Agile Delivery Execution: Lead Agile development ceremonies, working in weekly sprints and driving monthly deployment cycles including client UAT sign-offs.

  • Technical Analysis & Troubleshooting: Conduct initial issue investigation, database analysis, and code reviews to assist engineering teams in reverse-engineering legacy systems during roadmap modernizations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of end-to-end technical product management, technical business analysis, or development team leadership experience.

  • Experience defining and prioritizing product features through story writing.

  • Practical knowledge of cloud-native environments, Lean Software Development principles, and managing client-facing UAT processes.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills to self-manage and drive technical results.

Annual Pay Range:

77,700 - 100,000 USD
