and performs other work as required.</span></p><br></td></tr></tbody></table><p style="margin: 0; text-align: justify">The following typical tasks and responsibilities are representative of this class. &nbsp;They are descriptive, not limiting. &nbsp;<strong>Essential Duties: &nbsp;</strong>Orders, receives, stores, and issues a variety of parts, equipment, materials, and supplies;&nbsp;Issues substitute parts on the basis of knowledge of interchangeability of parts; Operates a vehicle and forklift to pick-up, deliver, load, and unload parts, equipment, materials, and supplies;&nbsp;Performs inventories to ensure adequate levels of stock are available and advises superiors regarding need for purchases;&nbsp;Checks and prepares reports of materials received;&nbsp;Maintains stock records and prepares inventory reports; Reorders stock as necessary based on acceptable usage levels to ensure reasonable on-hand stock and to avoid over stocking;&nbsp;Properly maintains parts, equipment, materials, and supplies in storage status.</p><p style="margin: 0;
