- Execute go-to-market and long-term business strategies that expand market presence and service offerings

- Partner with the Consulting Team Leader (CTL), Client Office, and other practices to optimize staffing, capacity, and cross-sell/referral opportunities
- Build an engaged, inclusive team culture; recruit, develop, and retain talent aligned to the firm’s long-term vision
- Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
What you need to have:
- Relevant retirement and investment consulting or institutional investment experience across industries (15+ years)

What makes you stand out:
- Demonstrated history of building and scaling a practice or business line within a geography
- Recognized thought leader with publications, speaking engagements, or industry presence
