Overview

Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager to join its Human Resources Department in Atlanta, Charleston, Charlotte, Columbia or Greenville. In this role, you will lead recruiting initiatives that support the Firm's strategic talent goals, overseeing attorney and business professional hiring programs from planning through execution. You will partner with Firm leadership, hiring stakeholders, external recruiting partners, and internal business teams to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

A Day in the Life

You will oversee recruiting programs and events, including law school recruiting, summer associate programming, onboarding initiatives, networking events, callback interviews, and candidate engagement activities. You will also analyze recruiting metrics, monitor market trends, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, you will collaborate with attorneys and business teams to deliver high-quality recruiting and onboarding experiences, manage event logistics and budgets, support special projects, and provide direction to recruiting staff as needed.

We Know You
