IT Manager, Infrastructure Integration & Platform Support Location: Atlanta, GA or Birmingham, AL (4 days onsite/week) JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the strategic development and operation of Southern Company’s server and container-based computing platforms and systems that host enabling software in support of Southern Company’s applications. These enabling software products include web servers, middleware, SSL provisioning, DNS, and application traffic management. This position manages a team of 1 supervisor, fourteen full-time employees, and eleven contracted workers. The role is responsible for the design, build, enhancement, integration, provisioning, support, and maintenance of these compute platforms.
