Position summary:

As an Industrial Services Sales Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in technical sales, customer engagement, and business development. What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers to understand challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Participate in training programs to learn about industrial automation technologies.
- Support sales teams by analyzing customer data, preparing proposals, and assisting with campaigns.

- Maintain ethical business practices and adhere to company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Interest in technology, manufacturing, and business development.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
