Digital Sales Assistant

Las Vegas, NV | Full Time

Summary 

Interested in working in the digital sales arm of a large media and digital company? Entravision’s digital agency offers SEO, SEM/PPC, Social, Video/OTT, Email and Display marketing strategies to our clients. This full-time position will assist in the pre and post-sale efforts of a rapidly growing portion of our company. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in digital marketing, sales, advertising agencies or media.

Essential Functions:

• Assistance in order entry
• Development of digital campaign recaps
• Development of digital proposals
• Assistance in monitoring of active digital campaigns to ensure properly delivery
• Assistance in graphic design for digital ads (Photoshop/graphic design experience preferred)
• Submission of custom estimate requests to appropriate digital team members
• Assistance in prospect research
• Work with Clients, Account Managers and Digital Campaign Manager to fulfill and execute sold digital campaigns
• Assist and backup other Sales Assistants with TV and/or Radio copy, commercials, and confirmations
• Other duties as assigned to support Sales Management

Required Education and Experience

• Hyper-detail oriented
• Able to organize and manage a large quantity of deadline oriented tasks
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a fast paced environment
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Social Media
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a Full Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Reports directly to SVP/GM
