Job description

Do you enjoy solving complex problems, bringing structure to cross-functional work, and translating business needs into clear processes and requirements? Are you energized by understanding how work gets done today and helping design simpler, more connected ways of working?

The Marketing Transformation Team is focused on improving efficiency, client outcomes, and scalability by standardizing enterprise marketing processes and accelerating adoption of new workflows across lines of business.

As an Associate on the Process Transformation team supporting CSP21 Workflow Orchestration, you will help design and implement the processes and workflows that enable a more integrated, efficient marketing experience. You will work closely with Transformation, Product, Design, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify opportunities for simplification and automation, and translate business needs into actionable requirements and workflow designs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving between process analysis and execution. You will support discovery sessions, develop process maps and requirements, document decisions and dependencies, contribute to product refinement and testing, and help ensure new capabilities are ready for adoption. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, curious, and comfortable working across multiple teams in a complex environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Support discovery sessions with business and cross-functional stakeholders to understand current-state workflows, pain points, personas, systems, handoffs, and data needs
  • Develop and maintain current- and future-state process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements, and supporting documentation
  • Translate business-process needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow scenarios in partnership with Product and Technology; Support the design and documentation of standardized cross-LOB workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, or eliminate manual activities
  • Partner with Product, Design, Technology, Data, and other teams to support refinement of workflow capabilities and sequencing of requirements
  • Prepare materials and artifacts for discovery sessions, design reviews, refinement discussions, stakeholder readouts, and working sessions
  • Track requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, open questions, and action items, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through
  • Support user acceptance testing and implementation readiness, including development of test scenarios, issue tracking, feedback synthesis, and coordination with business users; Analyze feedback from users and stakeholders and help translate findings into process improvements or product requirements
  • Support documentation of business outcomes and success measures, such as reduced cycle time, fewer manual handoffs, improved throughput, and increased workflow adoption
  • Maintain clear documentation and traceability from business problem → process requirement → product/workflow capability → business outcome; help develop communications, training/readiness materials, and stakeholder updates to support successful adoption of new workflows
  • Provide clear status reporting on deliverables, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps for Workflow Orchestration leadership

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, operations, product management, project delivery, or a related discipline
  • Experience documenting and analyzing business processes, workflows, requirements, and user journeys
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into structured requirements and actionable deliverables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an ability to identify process gaps and dependencies
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving business, Product, Design, Technology, and/or Data teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear process documentation, meeting readouts, and stakeholder materials
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, track actions and dependencies, and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, and release readiness

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
