Monitors, coordinates and provides oversight and technical assistance to the division’s programs as administered within the department and through satellite offices within Dallas County to include: preparing request for proposals for services, determining anticipated needs, evaluating proposals and negotiating contracts, monitoring and evaluating the performance of service providers, performing programmatic and fiscal audits, and conducting training for staff to ensure proper utilization of contractors and their services.
