Marketing Lead

We are searching for an experienced DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER to work on our marketing initiatives and manage our e-commerce website. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to join our rapidly growing company and expand their knowledge and career in the Traffic Safety Industry.

Your Role

• Work closely with our team to ensure all marketing and web sales initiatives are planned, implemented and completed in a timely manner;
• Manage our ecommerce website and marketing agency to oversee projects and development of campaigns, provide SEM/SEO maintenance, monitor data and submit monthly reports;
• Customer service support for web sales, order inquiries and follow-up;
• Graphics design work to create and/or update images, web content, product brochures, catalogues, sales flyers, videos and uploads to the websites;
• IT support for in-house computers is an asset. Includes hardware installations, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and management of equipment needs as required;
• Work closely with all members of the Team;
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• 3+ years of internet marketing and e-commerce website management experience
• 2+ years of graphic design and/or digital print media experience
• 2+ years of IT support on business computers an asset
• Post graduate college or technical school certificate relative to the above specialties
• Proficient with WordPress and WooCommerce platform
• Experience with shipping and inventory plugins is preferred
• Experience working with multi-currency websites and Amazon is an asset
• Customer service experience with keen interest in servicing customers is required
• Must be motivated to achieve established goals and objectives
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must!
• Strong verbal and written English language is mandatory.

Compensation

Based on qualifications and experience, $50K to $56K plus performance bonus. Extended Health Benefits available after a 3 month successful probation period.
