IT Risk Management Specialist, Internal Audit

Position Overview

We are seeking a senior IT Risk Management Specialist to lead IT audit engagements, assess technology risks, evaluate IT controls, and provide recommendations that strengthen governance, cybersecurity, and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT audit engagements from planning through reporting.

• Assess IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud, IAM, data governance, privacy, and third-party risks.

• Perform risk assessments, control testing, and audit documentation.

• Prepare executive reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.

• Support audit process improvements, automation, and mentoring.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of IT audit, IT risk, cybersecurity, or technology governance experience.

• Minimum 5 years leading IT audit or risk engagements.

• Current certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT.
